Are pets welcome?
Yes. Cats & dogs are welcome in most properties with a pet deposit. Some restrictions apply with dogs, please confirm restrictions with the property manager. Our pet deposit is $300 for the first pet, and $200 for the 2nd pet. No more than 2 pets are allowed per property. The pet deposit is all refundable less any damages. The pet deposit is required when the pet moves in. Payment options are available, please speak with the property manager.
Are there application fees?
There are no application fees. Anyone 18 yrs old & older is considered an adult and MUST fill out an application and be listed on the lease as a resident. Failure to do so could result in denial or eviction.
When is the security deposit due?
The security deposit is due in full, at the time of applying for the property. If your application is denied, the deposit is refundable. If your application is approved, it’s deposited and becomes the security deposit. All Students require parental guarantee.
How long does it take to process an application?
The application process usually take 3-5 business days to verify and complete.
